Sun Siyam Iru Veli Hosts Successful Leadership Program with Nick Jonsson
Sun Siyam Iru Veli successfully concluded the second installment of its Leadership Learning and Enrichment Program (LLEP), featuring Nick Jonsson, a distinguished speaker and trainer. Jonsson led a transformative Leadership Learning Experience on May 22 and 23, themed "Leading with Authenticity: Building Meaningful Connections, Achieving Personal Goals, and Energizing Your Health."
The event saw the participation of nearly 100 EXCOMs, HODs, AHODs, Specialists, Supervisors, and Department trainers from across the Sun Siyam Resorts in the Maldives, including Siyam World, Sun Siyam Olhuveli, Sun Siyam Iru Fushi, and Sun Siyam Vilu Reef. Held at Sun Siyam Iru Veli, the sessions emphasized vulnerability, purpose, seeking help, exceeding expectations, and serving others while maintaining personal well-being. Jonsson's workshops on authenticity and connection profoundly resonated with the attendees. He received wonderful feedback, with team members expressing, "Believe you can, you're halfway there. Additionally, Jonsson facilitated a focused 90-minute workshop titled “Top 10 Trip Advisor Breakthrough: Team Coaching for a Culture of Excellence.” This targeted workshop addressed service, process, and operational challenges crucial for the operational leadership team to achieve the resort’s ambitious goal of ranking in the top 10 on Trip Advisor by 2024.
