At his lowest point, he realized that the pursuit of achievement had overshadowed the importance of connection and balance. Through introspection and seeking support from mentors and peers, he forged a path to recovery, focusing on self-care, mental health, and building a supportive network. Today, he continues to maintain his recovery by prioritizing relationships and setting boundaries, ensuring that he cultivates both professional success and personal fulfillment.
